East Coast Gear Supply is a hard deal to beat. Just swapped the gears on my rig. You'll have to do little wrenching, but the pricing is straight forward and the quality and workmanship is renowned.
Complete 3rd members, clamshells, and axles
Sorry to hijack OP, Mike07SE how do you like the Tru Trac? I had on in my 92 and loved it. Been thinking about one on my 03.
Progear in Kearny Mesa is good too.
PRO GEAR DIFFERENTIALS - San Diego's Original Gear and Axle shop. Differential parts and repair.
You will for sure save money if you can do either of the two things.
1. Buy a complete third from somebody like ECGS as stated above and do the swap yousrself. Not very difficult depending on your mechanical ability.
2. Pull the 3rds and bring them somewhere local like Progear or SD Gear and Axle. This will save some shipping, although ECGS has free shipping, you just need to pay the shipping to send your cores back which isn't very much.
