Photo is in order from the front of the vehicle. Is there any concern? Any issues with the corrosion? These plugs have been in for two years give or take a few months.
Waste spark ignition. Some crappy fords run two sets of plugs per cylinder like the 2.3L 4-banger. That's way too many doohickies. They look worn the eff out. Which is normal since (as others have mentioned) those are the wrong plugs. The 3.4L engines have an ignition system that fires twice as much and so it requires a spark plug with twice the doohickies — this way they will not wear out prematurely.

As has been said, change tour wires too. Blue NGK are about $30 online, OEM are less than double and black plus come with the clips. Your call, both work.

You know, I told them that and they (dudes at AutoZone) said they are thr same, blah blah blah and I installed the same ones. I told them but no, they are the parts people and I am just some schlub, what do I know??. F*** me. That's why my mpg went down last time changed them. Hell, even a 20 year tech that did a 100 pt inspection last year while I had my timimg belt changed did not mention I put the wrong ones in. Dammit!
Thank you and to everyone else that replied.
I second they are the wrong plugs. You need the dual electrode as said above.
I recently changed mine and used NGK wires and plugs and did the wires while I was in there. Super easy and why not because you are already there.
Heres the part numbers I used:
Plugs: NGK BKR5EKB-11 https://www.ngk.com/data/default/images/catalog/100/NGK3967_a.jpg
Wires: NGK TE66 https://www.ngk.com/data/default/images/catalog/100/NGW4412.jpg
Remember to put some anitseize on the threads of the plugs so you can get them out next time you change, and some dielectric grease for wires so the slip on the plug easy and come off easy.
