Morning all, happy Friday.
Just a heads up that REI has their anniversary sale starting this morning for members. 20% off one item, 20% off a garage item, 20% off a school program, and various other sales on rei.com
This is a great opportunity to grab a high price item at a reasonable price. REI offers a 365 day no questions asked return policy as well.
I'm picking up a Tepui Ruggedized Kukenam for $1,565 including CO tax.
It get's better though, since I will be getting back $78 in a dividend by using the REI Mastercard which gives 5% dividends even on sales.
Additionally I just grabbed the card so I will get a $100 gift card sent to me in the mail after purchase.
Accounting for these additional savings I'm getting the tent for $1,387 including tax. S&H is free since it's going to the store.
Just wanted to make sure you all knew about this in case you were eyeing a bike, rack, yeti, etc.
