Time to fix my truck, need a good place to buy a set of complete remans for a 3.0. I remember Engbldr was rated bad. Saw a place on Ebay Pro Head Machine or something to that affect. Any recommendations for a reliable service. Need to knock it out so can't really send them off. Looking to buy a set ready to install and send in cores. Looking for cams in and drop in so to speak. Probably going to do this at work in the back lot over a few days.

Engnbldr rated bad? I'd take a head from him over anything off EBay any day.
Are you looking to have your existing heads rebuilt or buy new/rebuilt heads? If I was buying new over the internet, I'd never go with an unknown. I'd take my existing heads into a local machine shop preferably - do you have a local wheeling club? Ask them who does their machine work, then hit up that shop and see how quick they can rebuild yours, I bet they can turn them around in a day unless they have to order a new casting.
