Remdogs new runner

So I finally sold my 03 a couple weeks ago, with the money burning a hole in my pocket a buddy of mine told me he was selling his 87. So I jumped on it, gave me a good deal. Here are a few pics, it has 32x11.50 bfg muds, Marlin crawler rear bumper, trail gear sliders, and an all pro front bumper. It was a Seattle truck up until 5 years ago, so the rust is minimal, in fact my 03 had more rust underneath then this one. Interior need some work, carpets ripped out, his plan was to spray it with something. Needs a center console and shift boots. Inclinometer has a/f ratio, water temp and fuel pressure gauges instead that arent hooked up. I also got a parts runner with it, so Im gonna grab the inclinometer out of that one amd maybe try to figure something else with the gauges, possibly under radio. I will get some more pics soon if I ever get out of work before its dark.

Congrats!! That looks like a clean 4runner. The interior is where you can get creative and build it to be your own. If you want to keep the other gauges that are in the inclinometer pod, I would use an a-pillar gauge pod and put them in there. Usually I'm not a fan of them but as long as it's for a functional purpose then I say go for it.

I thought about the A pillar but seems like it might be out of place in an old school runner. I also need to figure out what to do with the rear panels, they are ripped out. It also came with an uninstalled set of bushwacker fender flares. All the armor is sweet, he had planned on doing a SAS but lost interest, looks like he's getting a Rubicon now.
