I just bought a '15 Inferno Pro with factory Toyota remote start and I can't get it to work. I click the lock button twice and hold on the third click. The lights flash, but it never starts. Are there any trouble shooting steps I can follow to get it figured out? Also when I press the lock button on the door, it won't lock the car. Not sur if this might have something to do with it.

If the doors locked before you installed it, then there may be a bad connection or missed step. I'm just throwing this out there... I don't have that system. The one that I do have installed, you don't hold the button. You push the lock button three times and then it begins the start up sequence.

Just asking...are you sure it has factory remote start. Also did you try a new fob battery already. FWIW my 2015 Limited doesn't have remote start.
Thanks for the replies. I think I've figured out that the passenger side front door lock actuator is faulty. Since the door won't lock with the clicker, the car won't remote start. When I manually lock the door, the car starts via the remote. I'll swap out the actuator and should be good to go.
