Remote Starter Idea

Hey Everyone....

This is my first post here, I'm a new 4runner owner...Galactic Gray '04 SR5 V8..(and loving it! )....and I have an idea for a way to integrate a remote car starter using the factory remote for the power door locks....

Most car starters that I have installed have a trigger wire to allow the remote starter to be initiated with an external trigger (like a signal from an alarm system) What if I took the signal from the power rear window channel from the remote? That would save the hassle of having 2 seperate remotes on your keychain...

Anyway, my ByPass kit is on it's way and I'm probably going to pickup my car starter this weekend...anyone have a wiring diagram that would help me find that signal wire?

this just my two cent Fatty if I was you I won't use the factory remot cause it suck just use an aftermarket alarm with everything on it. I even did the back window up and down with the 2nd channel and the 3rd channel.http://www.toyota-4runner.org/showthread.php?postid=50350#post50350
