Nope, the came rotates as well, just no movement on the lca. The ones that don't want to move are aftermarket raybestos ones, the other side have new toyota ones. Had to replace all since the old ones had to be torched off, but toyota only had enough for one side and I was in a pinch.
Drop the driver's side what .5 less? as in have uneven caster?
Still puzzled as to how the cam is moving and not resulting in the movement of the lca. Either it is not contacting the metal pieces on either side which it looks like it should or the sleeve that forms part of the front cam is not a close match in size to the inner diameter of the thick metal sleeve that forms part of the bushing. The latter would allow the cams to turn and move the attached sleeve without actually making contact with the lca bushing.
Does that make any sense?
