Replaced frozen caliper, now a frozen "pin"?

I replaced the right front caliper with an OEM item last year. I was getting an oil change yesterday and mentioned that one aggressive braking the truck pulls right.

They informed me that I have a frozen pin. Can someone explain what part they are talking about, I thought a new caliper would mean all new parts.

Could they mean piston...?
The pins in the front just hold the pads in place. Maybe they mean it is rusted to the pads?
