Replaced serpentine belt - clicking noise

I replaced my serpentine belt last evening, now I have a clicking noice comming from the front left side on the engine, down lower than the alternator. Is it possible the tensioner went to sh_t due to the new belt ???

You sure that it's not the normal valve lifter noise?
