Replacement Rear and Front Bumper Covers

Over the past year, I have managed to deeply scratch my front and rear bumper covers. I got a quote locally to replace them (was just as expensive to fill and paint again), painting included, which came to about 1200 bucks. Anyone know where I can get them painted for a cheaper price? I have the dark blue color.
