Replacement seat belt options? Also sealer around fender flare?

So the rear seat belts in my 96 runner are fully extended and will not retract. They may or may not have been like this when I bought but I never noticed till today when I was replacing all the seat covers with new Wet Okoles.

The front drivers sides is slow to retract and the passenger front is twisted inside the casing.

So what are my options? I would like to replace them all is there a kit I can buy?

Also the sealant/rubber around the fender flares is all cracked. Is this a replaceable item?

I intend to respray them anyway but I would like to ensure its not all cracked like that.

I don't know about the belt (off the top of my head) but you can find a good deal of info about the Fender Flares and the OEM mounting parts in a thread I saved here:

After going there, in the browser do a Cntrl-F (search in page) and type 'flares'

The rubber trim for the flares are cheap. I got mine from here:

The picture part diagrams make ordering easy. Each order is matched to your vin number and checked by someone so you don't order the wrong thing.

In short OP, people opt to NOT buy OEM gasket's for their flares because of how expensive they are...

You will need to buy one for each part of your flares....

If you're just trying to replace that drivers side fender one you won't break the bank

It looks like some 3M tape will do the job....

I'm a little particular and so on my trips to the junk yard I looked for limited's to take the flare gasket..

The ones I found were in good shape. Definitely not cracked like yours...

But because the adhesive is long gone on these rubber gaskets I will just glue them back on or may opt to just use NEW 3M tape like others have

The assemblies will really add up if you plan to replace them all..

If your handy, you could remove what you want from a junk yard as well. Clicking to buy it online is easier than actually going and removing them though.
The trade-off is it will cost less by finding it yourself.

That's of course assuming the cost of your time is like mine - which isn't worth much. Lol

Forgot to mention, the adhesive tape on the rubber pads aren't worth **** and won't stick for ****. Lol

I had to use super glue because the don't stick very well and come off shortly after applying.
