Hey!
My 96's driver seat needs to be replaced. The foam and fabric on the side bolsters are torn exposing the metal, and the frame of the back of the seat is broken. This is the second seat that has failed in the same way.
I am a big guy at 6 feet tall and 330 pounds. I have a feeling that has something to do with the seat's failure. Are there any alternatives that might hold up better? I was either thinking a seat from a newer 4Runner, retrofitting a bench from a T100 or finding an aftermarket seat that can accommodate someone like me. Does anyone have experience with this issue? Any idea?
