Replacement Upper Control Arm

Although it's called the Upper Suspension Arm in the FSM, I think it's more commonly called the Upper Control Arm. Anyway, as the attached photos illustrate, I need to replace mine on the passenger side.

Is a salvage yard the best option?
Are there better aftermarket options?
What else should I be replacing while I'm messing with it?

TIA,
Jon

I'd probably just pick up a used one from a part-out. Replace the control arm bushings and ball joints while in there. You might consider upgrading the torsion bars and adjustment hardware while the front end is apart. The torsion bar adjustment hardware i would get from Toyota. There is a lot of stress on them.
I rebuilt our front suspension about 2 years ago, it really makes you appreciate the truck that much afterwards.

I've got a solid line on a salvage part. Same guy I got my hood from.

I really could use some help on specific other bits (bushings, etc) that I should be replacing while I'm in there.....

Please,
Jon

I have a replacement UCA and it looks solid.

I have several questions before I proceed...
1) where should I get control arm bushings? Part numbers?
2) same question regarding ball joints?
3) if I decide to replace the torsion bars, where should I get them? Who sells OME at good prices?
4) while I'm in there, are there other suspension/steering parts I should R&R?
5) good source for shocks?
6) do the CVs while in there?

Thx,
Jon

PS - This issue has me distracted to the point I'm unable to contribute to the thread I'm most active in. ;-)
