Replacing Blinker Switch

Hello. I had a couple people ask me to take a few pictures while replacing my turn signal switch so here they are.
The only tools needed were a phillps head screwdriver and a 10mm socket. I also used an extension to make it a bit easier.

First you have to remove the 4 bolts holding the plastic piece under the steering wheel.

After you have those remove you can pull down with a little force and pop it down like this.

Once you have that done there are two screws on either side of the steering wheel. You have to turn the steering wheel to get to them. There is also another screw under the steering wheel.

If you pry where the top and bottom of that piece meet you can pop it apart. You might need to use a flat head to help.

After you have those apart it will look like this.

Next you want to use your phillips head to unscrew the two screws holding the switch in. You have to also unplug the connector at the bottom.

It will slide out.

Once you have it out just do these steps backwards putting your new blinker switch in. Don't forget to plug the connector into your new switch. Test everything before putting it back together.

Thanks for reading and I hope this helped a few people out.
