replacing light bulbs

I need to replace my brake lights (one is out, so I may as well change both while I'm at it). It looks like there are three bulbs total on each side (driver and passenger). Do you know what the three bulbs are so I can buy them before I take the light housing off....

I recommend LED lites, many on ebay/amazon for cheap, look for USA sellers if you want them in less than a week. They're much brighter (nice for interiors) and of course use much less energy (in case you like/need to leave lites on w/out engine on). :cheers:

I have to +1 this one here. LED lights are so much better. I highly recommend changing your stock bulbs to nicer LED's. :yo:

I replaced most of these today with regular bulbs, not LED. The only differences I found from the list posted are these:

In the rear I need red/orange WY21W bulbs and my parking lights might be different because I need 7440.

Comprehensive replacement bulb list

I can't seem to find a comprehensive replacement bulb list for the 4runner. The owner's manual for my 4th gen SR5 is not complete. I'm attempting to create one. (A comprehensive replacement bulb list, not a owner's manual!)

Here is what I've figured out so far. My goal is to replace stock bulbs with LED's, at least some of them.

Please let me know if I've made any mistakes or if you can help me to complete the list. Thank you! This will be my first post here -- not sure how many I need to start a thread. So glad I found this forum!

My bulb list is attached as a PDF. Not sure which is better for forums, PDF or JPG. And I'm wondering what is the best way to put a list in a post.
