Replacing manual seats with auto...easy or difficult?

Hey guys, I’m planning to take a road trip tomorrow to pick up a set of leather seats for my 4th gen. Only problem - my seats are manual while the leather seats are electric. How difficult of a swap is this? I will be honest, I haven’t done the research on it because it just dawned on me and I’m supposed to leave out tomorrow morning to get them. Any input if greatly appreciated. I will be doing research while I wait for responses.

here is a thread about that. Supposedly the driver side is already prewired and should work but the passenger side won't. To remedy this you could run a constant power from the battery that is fused to be able to power the seat on that side.

I read that thread but was a lot of assumptions and nothing concrete. Trying to make sure because I will be making a long trip. If it’s just a little wiring, I can manage. But I don’t want to get into buying the control modules or splicing the one wiring harness.
