Hi,
I have 1 2000 T4R Ltd and the auto locks are failing. Clicking up and down or not at all. It has gotten worse so I odered the assembly from CamelBack Toyota.
It arrived today in a Toyota box and seems brand new but was not wrapped up aside from some bubble wrap. They told me I can return if not unwrapped so… Agent on the phone said they come like that but usually electrical parts tend to be even shrink wrapped tight in my experience.
How about you?
Also the installation looks straight forward enough. Any "gotchas" I have to be aware of? I assume I un hook the battery but unsure what else I need to do when unplugging all the electrical components?
Any advice welcomed!
