Hey guys, I'm working on an install right now on my 03' LTD that will replace the JBL 6 disc synthesis (cool name for a system that consists of 5$ paper cone speakers.) I'm replacing the factory 8" sub with the new slim Premier sub from Pioneer. The cool thing is that I can mount the sub in the factory location and not lose an inch of space in the back (I built a 0.80 cubic foot sealed fibreglass box behind the panel- ideal box for this particular sub). I've ripped out the JBL amp and have already installed a 4 channel and mono block Premier amp under each of the passenger seats. Very tight but they both fit and the power seats both still work. I'll have pictures up by Tuesday if all goes well. I'm installing the following:
AVH-P7600DVD pioneer 7" in dash DVD , AVIC 88DVD Navigation, CD-IB100 IPOD adaptor, AVD-W6210 and AVD-W6200 Rear 61/2" head rest screens, Pioneer Premier GM-7150M mono block, GM-6150F 4 channel amp, PRS- Premier seperates, TS-D601 6 1/2 inch Pioneer rev speakers, AVG-VDP1 Pioneer performance gauge kit for touch screens, TS-SW124D Premier slim 12" sub - fits in anything from .5 cube upwards, Steering wheel Pac interface.
