Replacing Torsion bars with coilshocks?

Have anyone try to swap in a coilshock With the standard type one and remove the torsionbar aswell?

Any tip to what type of shock/coilovers that fit? and tip for what aftermarket controllarm for better clearens would fit if any know?

Would parts from a early 3gen 4R be the answer with some mods?

Another question, will it be more "flex" With coilshocks mounted in front than a torsionbar as standard?

Is the anti-roll bar in the front better way to take off if offroading to get some more flexes?

Depends on how much money you're willing to spend. More efficient way for significant more flex would be to SAS. With that being said you'd be completely reworking how the suspension geometry works and how it flexes and where the stress points are. That's a lot of research etc but I've thought about it/would love to see it.

They have some kits here,but not exactly what im looking for.. SAS would be cool... but maybe not now.

Maybe but you would not want that because of poor and dangerous suspension design explained here:

IFS has it's advantages as does a solid axle front suspension.
I wouldn't go from IFS to SFS unless you were seriously into offroading.

Check this out. Love this idea. Stock lower arm, custom UCA, with a coil shock. Not sure if the torsion bars were still utilized.
