Retro fit projectors and halos

I'm getting ready to retro fit my truck with halos and projectors it's a 2002 t4r my question is how long do I have to let the lenses bake and at what temperature for them to come apart

Temperature and time varies. You can go low and slow as post above, or hot and quick. I've seen up 270F suggested for 5 min. TRS suggest 230F for 7 min. There is plenty of videos on youtube on how to bake your headlights. If you have LED halos then I would go as low as possible since heat may damage LEDs. I just opened my couple weeks ago and used 230 for 7-8 min.

I dont think 10 min is enough at 150F. Took full 8 min at 230

i think i did 150 to 200 and pulled it out every few minutes till i could get it to come apart then when it got to cold put it back in for a few
