Retrofit question

I did the HID Retrofit on my 1998 4runner, but couldn't get the high beam (brights) dash light to come on after I was done. Tried a number of things, but finally found an unrelated post on an old Tacoma forum and decided to give it a try. All I needed was an H4 Motorcycle Load Resistor.

Posted a youtube video as well -- hope it helps!

Yeah I ended up figuring it out after noticing I bought the wrong wiring harness..The one I needed had the extra plugs to activate the shudder/solenoid on the projector lens. They work flawlessly besides having to check the double stick mounting foam which doesn't like the heat from the engine bay/extreme outside temps. Thanks for the info anyway.

What did you use for those? I have an issue when I turn on high beams the dahs indicator doesn’t turn on but the high beams do. Then I have to turn off the headlights to turn off the high beams.
