RevTek 3in lift kit

Ok, who has a Revtek 3in lift kit here? I need your opinion good or bad. By the way i have a 2014 T4r SR5 and if i buy this, do i need to replace the UCA? Thanks in advance... Oh and question to Toyota warranty?

There are definitely better options (for more money). Nothing wrong with rev tek. I have two friends, one with a FJ and one with a 4th gen. Both are running revtek with 70k+ and no problems. They don't have aftermarket UCAs either. Neither one does much offroad, more of a cosmetic lift. But it would do just fine for occassonal off-roading.

I had a revtek lift on mine. It served the purpose of lifting it. Didn't have any problems with it. But I do believe there are better lift kits on the market. Good luck!

It seems most of the dealers around me who lift new trucks are using the Revtek product.

I wouldn't attempt the Rubicon pass with this kit, but it is fine for trail use. I believe Revtek replaces the rear shocks whereas Daystar doesn't.

I just got the RevTek 3” lift kit on my 2019 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium with the KDSS suspension. This is my first lift kit and I’m very new to off-roading so I’m probably not going to be able to help you out much. I mostly use my truck as a daily driver for work and I take an occasional off-road adventure on easy to moderate level trails. For regular driving on city/highways I noticed it still handles almost as well as stock but there is a little more body roll which is to be expected at a higher height. The ride is a little bumpier but nothing too severe. My truck looks better with this lift. I was hoping to be able to fit a taller tire than what I have now which is 285/70/17 but unfortunately I’m getting minor tire rub while reversing with my wheel fully cranked. I asked a tire shop if I could fit 285/75/17 tires but they said they wouldn’t fit. I was quite disappointed about this but I guess the 285/70/17 tires are big enough. I’m looking to upgrade from the BFG All-Terrain KO2’s to the KO3’s. What do you think?
