4Running- My spanner wrench just came in from Metal Tech so I think I'm going to level out the front. I don't mind the rake but I'm gonna see how it looks leveled out. Thanks again.

Agree on bringing up the front it will help carry the bumper and keep those 295's away from the liner.

Speaking of which that bumper is sweet I really like the choice of the single hoop. :thumb3: Are you gonna add a winch also?

Thanks! I haven't convinced myself to get a winch yet. I very rarely go off road by myself and don't see it as a high priority right now. I may eventually get one if a deal comes around but as of right now I don't see myself looking to add more weight up front.

Just some small updates for today.

First, huge thanks to member jangoforhire for keeping an eye out for some Icon rear trailing arms for me. He notified me of a scratch and dent set Icon put up and he PM'd me right away. Luckily I got to order them before anyone else got to them. It was a killer deal. Huge thanks!!!

These trailing arms are absolutely beautiful. These must be seen in person. They're huge! I'm hoping to get these installed soon. Best thing about this set is I can't find a single scratch or dent on them. Great score.

My Shrockworks full skids showed up today to. This pretty much completes the armor for the truck besides a rear bumper. Now to decide what color to paint these suckers. The skids are no joke heavy. These are going to add about 200 lbs if not more to the truck. They're hefty!

Just a random shot of the truck at the service bay at Piercey Toyota. The truck threw a check engine light and the pressure switch at the power steering pump ended up getting replaced and warrantied. They did a great job with everything.

Here are some pics from a few months back of my Gobi Rack and 4R fully stacked. I don't think i've seen any rack this full on a 5th gen. This is the gear of 6 adults, 1 dog and enough gear for 5 days of camping. We drove a total of 320 miles with it like this and nothing up there ever moved. The truck and rack handled everything perfectly.

Did you ever put a rear bumper on this beast? Not sure if I want a CBI or Shrokworks... I like the look of the CBI but the Shrockworks looks like it sits a bit lower and gives more rear window visibility. I was also wondering if Shrokworks would give a discount if I bought front bumper, rear bumper, and all the under armor at one time?

I'm prepping for a rear bumper very soon. I'm trying to decide between CBI and Brute Force Fab right now. Its like 60/40 Brute Force for me right now. We'll see.

Finally found some time to get my Winch installed. I went with the Warn M8000s because its Warn and I got a killer deal on it. Huge thanks to Factor 55 for the closed system winching parts. They sent over their 1.5" fairlead, Flatlink and Hitchlink in Safety Yellow. Super stoked to be part of the Factor 55 team.

Also big shouts to 503motoring in Beaverton, OR for the install. Those guys do some great work and am stoked that [MENTION=124732]LawnDart[/MENTION] got me hooked up with them.

After years without a winch I finally feel safer going out and getting into deeper trouble by myself. Here are some awesome pics taken by [MENTION=124732]LawnDart[/MENTION].

I still have a bunch more things to do to the rig. It's been a 4 year build so far and loving every minute of it.

Picked up a Rigid E2 28" Combo/Hyperspot to replace my 20" cheap chinese LED bar up front. Stoked about the 14,720 glorius raw lumens that will light up an entire mile. Very very happy right now.

I hooked up with Josh over at RCI Offroad to get some control arm skids and a front engine skid in aluminum. Very very happy with RCI's product, customer service and attention to detail. The packaging the items came in were very professional and safe. I've received some skids from another company in the past and they arrived as-is with a shipping label stuck on the actual skid. No box or anything. RCI definitely knows what they are doing.

I am still waiting on some stock front skid brackets (i took mine off when i had the other skids and misplaced those brackets) so i can install the RCI engine skid but for now here's how the truck sits with the RCI Offroad aluminum control arm skids in place. Thanks again RCI!

I am trying to decide between your front bumper or replacing my limited front cover with a trail front cover and every time I see your truck I want your bumper more.

However I don't do enough off roading to justify it.
