rigid dually or D2 in 06-09 fogs

Has anyone done this??? i have seen a few on the 03-05 and it looks awesome but have not seen how this can be done on the 06-09. Rigid makes a bracket for the tundra that looks similar to what we would need but i have no clue.

any insight on this??

Just to mention another option, isn't The Retrofit Source now offering a bolt in oem look led fog light for the 06-09 4Runner? Or is it just the Gen5 4Runner? I would check, but their site is down.

Those xb fogs type s and t are for the newer runners and tacomas only.
They do have the xpods that are awesome but don't make as much light as the rigid.

Thanks for the reply, and allbeit a super clean install i would really prefer to utilize the factory holes.

i have seen one picture of this being done. it was on pintrest. but no link to more pics or a diy.

i would love to figure this one out.
 
zstampe did it. He just cut the factory plug and wired them into the OEM switch. He just bolted them to whatever is in there I believe.

He didn't post any information about it, just pictures. He just connected the wires to the OEM fog light wires and bolted the light to a bracket, or possibly the surround, that the OEM housing mounts to.

I'm not sure, you may need to.

Zach doesn't get on here much any more. Have you looked under the bumper at the light? He said it only took like 5 minutes to do and was very simple, I'm sure you could figure it out if you looked.

When I last spoke to him, Zach was busy with family stuff and probably won't be quick to respond even if your PM does go through.
