I will say that this would look great if you had the SSS bumper then added this on to it, with no plans of a full aftermarket bumper would def look super clean for sure
SSS bumper already have the option of having the lightbar integrated.

I'm thinking if you did something like @addmoresalt minus that top hoop you could have the rigid light bar in the grille area then have the other one in your SSS bumper would look sweet.

Ok so I get the style isn't for some, and for those that can cut a straight line, weld, and all that other cool stuff I didn't learn when I was younger you can make your own. But if you can afford a new 4Runner its a quality piece of work that should be a relatively easy install.
I have had the upper and lower Rigid Grills in my truck for two CO winters now and they have held up perfectly. I can't say the same for other products I've spent more on that I expected to be better. I put the lower in for some dually's then switched to Amber spots when I put the upper grill in as the SR20 puts out an awesome display of light in all the right places for me. It's not cheap, I agree, but I think you are getting a quality product.
On the silver bolts, yeah I wanted black when I first saw it, after install I decided it looked better in person and I don't even notice now. My truck being silver probably helps.

It looks good. Well done except I agree that the mounting harware should have an option to get them anodized black, red whatever.
Now naysayers. It is expensive not really like others have said I am sure they competavely priced the item to what is out there and most times with the manufacturing US. With that at most times the cost to manufacture, advertise, materials, distribution, etc, cost more. Most people on here ***** about paying for the special edition 4Runners or even buying regular American made LEDs.
Payup peps, more options are good for our trucks. The more products that are made the more optons we have of quality products, the bottom end will fill end eventually if these sell. Inevitably someone will build something similar and sell it at a cheaper price with cheaper labor amd cheaper materials. I personally am willing to pay for a quality product. It will sell well for those who want to retain there factory bumper etc and still have the behind the grill look. Yes, there are full bumpers for about twice with the option in them. Or you can DIY like even I have. I dont get the point of 90% of the post complaning about having quality stuff, maybe they just need to work harder or get a better education etc to make there time worth more than it would to diy. Whatever, I am not rich just willing to pay for the Novekse's and Larue's of the 4runner world. To each there own.
I am really interested in the fog light mounts! Any chance on some more close up pics? Keep it up.
Edit: for Rigid, i ended up buying another brand of lights because you failed to answer emails and inquirys from me after 3weeks. You have an issue here and you need to fix it or you will loose eve more buisness and to think I was looking at a 40" curved and a 20" bar. And for others beware there are issues with communication here.

Group buy sounds great but I have to say maybe we could do it just on the grille. I've seen the price rigid sells those lights for and its astounding. I hate to cut someone out but you can get rigid brand lights on amazon for almost half the price. even a group buy won't be cheaper then purchasing the lights on amazon. Just a thought. Really love the product though. Looks awesome and would love to buy in.
I never said it would increase the value, only that aftermarket items tend to decrease it more often than not. Having said that I think these are very nice looking and yes a bit pricey but worth it if that is what you want. On the other hand the $650ish for the TRD Pro unit is absurd, but I'd bet everyone who has one is glad they made the switch. I never meant to insult the product or anyone who wants to buy it. I once had a 69 Camaro with a really cool fiberglass L-88 hood, and another with an original GM steel cowl induction hood. Same concept and I promise one was worth more when it was time to sell. I enjoyed both of them the same.
In the end, making a $600 cosmetic (mostly) investment is a big decision and effect on resale should be a consideration.

I agree just priced it out and unless you can use a different light bar ,other than rigid this setup is Hella pricey $1200 for just grille and 20" rigid e series light bar that's def in after market bumper pricing territory. Don't get me wrong people will buy it and it looks sick but that's a shit ton of money IMHO For what your getting.

Sorry but you kinda did say that the TRD grill would add value, if you are arguing that it is better for resale versus this aftermarket part, probably pretty unlikely that either adds a dime if you go to sell.
I plan to own mine until it dies... once I'm done my son will get it. Resale is irrelevant.

If you mean buying directly from Rigid's site, no one pays retail from their site, that would just be stupid, you order from an authorized dealer at the real price. That's not a Rigid thing, that's most companies.

Interesting, any authorized dealers need to comply with Rigid's MAP rules, and that's not a lot more than their cost. Rigid's stuffs are just plain pricy. There are many alternatives out there, but heck, if you want the brand, you gotta pay.
So, please, if you can find a 20" E series "almost half the price", or ANY legit Rigid for "almost half the price" on Amazon, PLEASE post some links. I'd love to see them, and get them. Please post those "typical" items, not ones that no one wants or refurbish units.
I have yet to find ANYWHERE that sell a set of 50231H less than 10 or 20% of the Rigid website price, PLEASE ENLIGHT me. Prove me wrong, please.

It truly doesn't raise your value of the car as much as we hope. We mod the trucks for US! Carmax and other wont be willing to pay extra for our mods. Or at least not what we would like. If you mod it, keep it. Ya give it to your kid or spouse.

This item listed on Rigid's website is $699, model 120312, nowhere near 1k to 1.2k. Yes amazon is cheaper, probably around 25% off max. That would lies about where I would want to see a GB at, somewhere 15-25% discount.
This, I give it to you. When I mod a T4R, I am planning to keep it until it dies. My 3rd gen is still running fine, 18yrs and 270k miles and counting....
