Rigid LED's on my Gobi Roof Rack Performance Report?

RIGID LED's, How do you think they perform for you? I have had mine for a good 5-6 months or more and am Very impressed with them. Now that the early Darkness and Fog has set in here in the Pacific NW I am Stoked to report that I made the right choice. They Blast out the Light, Deer in the Head Lights has a whole new Meaning!

Thanks for the pic, I just ordered mine with a 30" E-Series light custom bracketed in, Gobi did not charge any extra for the change. Pix when I get in January.

Rigid Lights - worth it

I have a set up of 4 E-series lights 2 - 6" Spots in the center and 2 6" Floods on the sides. In the back I have 2 Duallys. For the E-series needed the Rigid U-brackets. Had them wiredhot with 3 switches, 1 for spots, 1 for floods, 1 for rear. Had Hi-Tech Auto & Truck in Chantilly, VA wire them up for me - they did an awesome job.

Performance is unparalleled. I can put the sun to shame. At night the moon reflects MY light.

The rear lights are what I use most often - my only issue with them is how far away they cast the light from the rear of the truck partly due to the rear fairing thing on the 4Runner. I have been contemplating putting the lights on gooseneck mounts so I can control the light better when I'm working behind the truck or camping - added functionality.

My only qualms are that I really like the look of the round off-road lights and the added protection of a metal grill/cover. My wife says I put a tiara on my car because its so "sparkly." :nono:

The rigid"s at night

Okay, Mr. Ants in your pants, Antman! I was awaiting some better images that represented the lights better but these will do for now.

When viewing these images bear in mind that it was a full moon night and snow was on the ground. Snow being important as its white and white reflects light.

SR Rear lights

It look's like a major "blind spot" so to speak, however you would be surprised how great they are in the drivers seat.

I live in Centreville and hadn't heard if this shop. Where is it? Are you local? I'd love to see these bad boys in person. I have an e series waiting to go on my bajarack and a 10" SR on order to go in my factory hood scoop

I would like to get me a setup like that, but I do not want to be getting a roof rack.. :\ Contemplating getting cross beams, and mounting on them, but I do not know if that'll work..

The gobi rack comes with mounting points. I think people use these, I'll be using 4 of the SR cradles.

I guess you could get some kind of cross beam and mount them with these
