All in all made it through fairly well. From the smallest to the biggest:
Broken passenger side mirror - no pics - got too close to a tree backing up when trying a different line.
Bent inner tie rod on passenger side - pretty sure this happened the last day when I stopped paying attention to the trail for a moment and caught the tire on an immobile object.
Smooshed frame mount for rear lower link - I know I did this one last day playing in the rock garden and slid off a granite ledge and landed on the lower link close to the frame side. Thanks to [MENTION=118730]AssBurns[/MENTION] the link didn't bend but something had to give. I think if I had the Lotus skids on it that I still would have bent it farther up - but we will never know.

That link mount looks pretty similar to my passenger side one lol. If you're looking for a solution though that would also help with some of the suspension geometry I'm working on a new set of lower mounts made out of 1/4 inch steel. They'll totally replace the stock ones and also gain an inch of ground clearance.

Just looking at options right now. Definitely getting something heavy-duty to replace it.
With how much I drive on the road I am a little concerned geometry-wise about moving the mounting location up and what it will do to on-road stability.

[MENTION=135317]rkntoy[/MENTION] my truck is my daily and sees at least a 40-mile commute every day plus all the trips it goes on. I've put over 10k miles on since March lol, so on-road handling is very high on my priority list with the mounts.
I'm planning on redoing all the lower mounts on the axle and frame and the upper frame mount along with HD links. All the math, tinking in the 3 link calculator, and talking to [MENTION=118730]AssBurns[/MENTION] about it that I have done shows it should make the handling quite a bit better. We'll see how it turns out here in a couple weeks...

I am hoping to come up with something that improves things from a strength perspective and doesn't require redoing the mounts on the axle. Not concerned with making handling better - I just don't want to make it worse. With my trademark [MENTION=118730]AssBurns[/MENTION] links I am not too concerned with the axle ends of my lower links.
I see this as sort of an in-between step in the progression from stock to optimized 4-link.

Not totally sure. I really wish the frame didn't curve right there as it would provide a lot more options. I may wait to play with it until I do the F150 tank install as that would give me more room and not make me outboard the mount. I may need to pick [MENTION=118730]AssBurns[/MENTION] brain a bit more on the rear suspension geometry.
Part of me is just leaning toward reinforcing the stock mount - it definitely is the quickest route. I would love a weld together kit from [MENTION=28464]eimkeith[/MENTION]

3/16 plate, with better approach angle & reinforces the factory mount. (weld-on, of course. [emoji6])

Nice. My Kings took a beating on the lower shock ball.
If only we knew somebody that could mass produce these for a reasonable price. Someone with a 3d printer. Someone that has some CAD skills. Someone who already sells a great product. Some one who posted in this thread recently. lol
