Hi everyone,
I use my cb on road trips so distance is important so I have always used mag mount antennas on the roof of my other vehicles but don't like how over time they scratch things up.
I know about ground plane ect for how they work so shooting to put a mount as close to the center of the roof as possible for ground plane but absolutely will not drill a hole in the roof.
I have thought about modifying a mirror clamp mount for the cross bars on the factory roof rack ect. But looking for thoughts and ideas.
