Roof Rack Plastic Hole

Removing my roof rack, I noticed the white receiving hole is missing. It looks like the attached picture.

Is the white tube the Toyota #63187-35020?

I believe that the picture you included is what it is supposed to look like. Every Youtube video, photo I have seen looks exactly like what you have shown.

Toyota sells a roof rack delete kit, think it has shorter bolts, and a short rubber piece to fit in the empty space if you are not going to replace the roof rack with something else.
