Het lizzardking , were those the standard light tabs, or did you have josh make up special ones for those hids?
I have the same ones on my yakima basket(basket will be for sale soon) and am interested in one of these from Whitson Metalworks.

Nothing special man , just standard tabs, you got pics of your wiring and what relay did you use ?
 
Not some much of my wiring other than the entrance into the cab through the roof.

meh, looks fine and if it bothers you that much just say "crappy website means low over head and a lower cost for you!" lol that may work!

personally i think it looks fine, does the job needed, not to much going on, easy to navigate, done. what else do you need? maybe a customer comment section would be my only suggestion as right now it's just word of mouth, also if this is becoming a thing you may have to start making fairings and including them for branding and advertising, i've already had to write it out for 4~5 people who've asked me about the rack among other things! either way keep rocking it man, rack looks good, the site looks good, you do good work my friend!
 
i think the website looks good. nice and simple. ill have to get you some pics when i get my rack back from powder coating.

any luck with the removable cross bar hardware?
 
got the rack back from powdercoating. threw it up on the roof and bolted it down. everything fits perfect. I even walked on it and checked the gaps, nothing touches and ill prob never have that much weight up there. The sunroof will open but not tilt with the insert in, not a problem i never tilt it anyway. I have a matching rim but it doesnt have a tire on it yet so threw the original spare from 02 up there

Looking good! Your truck makes me want new flares now. The most weight I've had on mine (other than a motorcycle on the ground) was my kayak and some fishing poles, no biggie but it did just fine. I walk on it sometimes but truly have no reason to lol.
 
ya i plan on putting mostly gear bags and gas up top. now if i could find the time to throw my suspension on id be set to go...for about a month :jump:

Looks really good!!! Just curious, is there a protection circuit on the sunroof mechanism that prevents the glass or mechanical parts from breaking when the sunroof meets a resistance? See I'm the opposite I tilt the glass all the time but I kinda expected not to be able to open it with the insert on. But I'm sure I will accidentally tilt it one day with the insert on.

Also what color and finish (smooth, hammered, textured...) did you powdercoat your rack?
