Where are you guys sourcing your Tundra brakes from? The dealer?
Picking up a 97 Limited on Tuesday. Just researching and doing some well informed reading.
There's two kits on Amazon that a few have picked up. One is Powerstop, the other is this one (that I just picked up):

These are remanufactured calipers (that's stamped with the 13WL) and people have had good results with them. Some suggest to change the pads to a better quality though due to dust.
Yeah I've got a powerstop kit on my '00 Chevy. Front and rear complete kits. Did it along with new front hub bearing assy's (bad ABS sensor). Replaced those with new timken bearings. I've been pretty pleased with it so far.
It is the #2 thing I recommend doing to a newly purchased 3rd gen. Right behind changing the radiator.

yes, hundreds of times. I probably see it 2-3 times a week.Have you ever experienced a warped rotor, and when you had it turned it was strait as a arrow? Or........are you one of the Google search Regergitaters?
Notice comments like this never get any replies? My rotors have always been warped. Period!

on the vehicle, pulsating brakes, "warped rotor". yet when I throw the rotor on the lathe, its perfectly straight. give it a light cut, and buff, and no more pulsation.
they are not warped, PERIOD!
at 600? possibly. but, whether cold, or hot, they pulsate. I think 600 would be on the extreme end.Do you think a rotor at room temp when your cutting it can have a different shape at 600 degrees?
