Rough Idle, poor acceleration, low oil pressure, and bad gas mileage

Hey,

I'm new to the forum here. A few months ago I purchased a 93 4Runner from my roommate. It's a 5 speed 22R and has been running pretty great up until about a week ago. The idle is lower than usual (600ish), oil pressure drops right off at idle, but raises as i accelerate. The acceleration is really rough, exhaust is sputtering and my gas mileage has gone down drastically. I'm not sure if I'm posting to the right thread, but hopefully I can get some help, it would be greatly appreciated.

I'd change the fuel filter. You may have clogged injectors. I'd check the rubber intake hoses for vacuum leaks and visual cracks. The fuel filter and checking the intake rubber bits will cost you at the most $30.
