Just a local guy who has been to their shop and seen some of their products installed:
They had an open house last summer that was a great event. Tons of built Jeeps and 4R's there. Shop was very nice and big, employees and ownership were very approachable and nice.
I've seen quite a bit of their stuff locally at meet-ups and runs. Everything I've seen has looked top notch, is priced very competitively and I have not heard of any complaints with their stuff: sliders, bumpers and roof racks.
Just my $.02
We now offer hardware in every kit to allow installation without drilling if you prefer.

Already ordered their sliders and roof rack, and asked the owner about selling a slim version of the front bumper (trying to keep the weight down). He was very helpful and patient, and said it was something they wanted to develop and sell, but they had too many things in development now to get that out. I do like the look of the full front bumper, but don't think I'd do it unless I went aluminum.....$$$$.

Just finished installing it today. Install was very straight forward, and the only issues I had were;
1. Instructions were not included. Not really an issue since I'm local, but required a couple of phone calls to get the pdf emailed to me.
2. The Delrin spacers that the feet mount on had their holes drilled to narrowly. Again, I'm local, but required a visit to get new spacers. If I hadn't been local, would have had to ream the holes out. Not a huge issue, but a quality control issue nonetheless. Tech said the "jig" must have been off.
3. Was missing two bolts for mounting the front feet to the Delrin blocks. This is for the no drill option, which I opted for. When I went to get the new blocks, I asked for the bolts and was told they were out. They offered to run to the store, but I just decided to go to ACE on the way home. Again, QC......
4. I had to break out my tap and die set to tap the 1/4-20 threaded holes at the ends of the cross bars. The button head screws that mount the cross bars to the side bars just seemed too damn tight for my liking. With the cross bars being aluminum, I didn't want to strip the threads. All went in fine, no stripping. Not sure why this was, and frankly I didn't ask.
Now, overall, I'm very pleased with the fit and finish. Roof fits well, and looks great. I like the no-drill option, and think it will be just fine for my needs. Just didn't like the idea of drilling into the roof.
The shop is predominantly a Jeep centric fab shop, but do carry plenty of 4Runner parts. If they ever get around to making a lo-pro style front bumper, I'll probably go with them, being local...
To answer your question about drilling, understand that the full length rack does mount to the four locations that the factory rack mounts, but a full length rack requires another set of feet up front (a fifth and sixth "foot") to support the added length.

Would you mind posting some details pics of the rack, including the sides, fairing, and closeups of the feet that mount to factory locations and no-drill feet?
