Rubber/Plastic part loose

There is a part on my 4Runner not sure what its called? It is circled in red below from a picture I found. The rubber/plastic is loose/pushed up in one spot for about an inch. How can I put it back down? Glue or something? Can I have the dealer fix this?

Common problem, pull it up and off from the bottom, under the hood. You'll see how it comes out and can go back in when you do this, clean the body area real good and use some double sided tape. Clean the rubber piece also, get some good 3m type.

Just cleaned mine out real good to do this when the glass guy came to replace the windshield.

Can it be replaced? It seems like mine is bending I dont think taking it out and putting it back in will help.

It has a slash in that spot so it can fold in half when the glass guy replaces the windshield, he only pulls up and out what is needed. This is why it pops upward in that spot.

If you wish to get a replacement, don't think it will help, and it's a dealer item.
