Rubbing aint racin- tire rub after lift

Ok, Ive done a bit of research but,

On my 05 Limited, I just put on the Toytec Boss, SPC uca's, new stock lca, 285 Terra Grabbers with TE hole style rims.
I heat softened the front of the wheel plastics and tied back the rear mud guards.
But I can not get near full lock on steering with out rubbing, especially when going onto changing height surfaces (like driveways).
I have the fronts cranked higher then 3" from tired stock suspension. I really don't want more front shaft angle, and I have the dif drop installed.
I guess I am wondering would wheel spacers help? If so how thick should I go?

I had Toyota dealer do the alignment. I had the SPC, turned out to recommendation but he brought it back just one setting to get the alignment.
Am I just needing to live with this?

The rubbing is on the lca. I get the quick beep of antilock as wheel skips when it hits the arm.
I am concerned with pushing the wheel out, since I read that might be worse for hitting the mud guard and/or the body member in front of the wheel.

Thanks
Mike

Well I'm running LT285/70R17 Nitto Terra Grapplers on my factory Sport Edition rims with a 2.5" Overland Warehouse kit and LR Upper Control Arms. There is a caster AND camber adjustment on them, you have to pull the ball joint all the way out to the edge of the UCA to gain the benefit of clearance.
