Rumble Strip Type Noise When Letting off gas

2004 4Runner 4.7 V8
Whenever I'm driving over 40mph and then I let my foot off the gas (no brakes involved) there is a loud rumble noise that sounds exactly like I'm going over rumble strips. It doesn't happen at speeds under 40 though. I have General Grabber AT2 and I figured they might need some air but checked them and we're fine. Anyone have any idea as to what might be making this noise? It happens on all types of surfaces
