Running a power outlet?

Anybody ever done this? I was thinking about a power inverter in the cargo area but then I started wondering how hard it would be to run some sort of outlet back there. Has anybody done it? I'm not very knowledgeable with electricity

run a search on adding 12v. and inverters. Others have done these installs. Pretty good ideas I might add as I have been interest in doing myself.

I like the idea too. I'd like to run an inverter and a dual battery setup. Wishful thinking at this point though. One Day!!!
