Running Boards

I recently bought a 2015 SR5 Without running boards. I want to put the 2015 Trail Edition running boards on my SR5. I have viewed some threads, but I am still not too clear if it is possible. If it is I was also not clear on other additional parts that might need to be replaced. Thanks in advance!!!

Hi MH,

There is no difference (SR5/Trail) in the mounting location holes or the hardware on 5th gen 4R; all three trim level chassis being identical. That said... I think you'll be okay getting the kit that you want, Best to you!

Was there a reason for getting them through the dealership; aftermarket will offer a greater variety of styles (even stock!) and cost far less... Amazon and Ebay will likely offer the best prices and variety!

For 15 I think the sr5/trail are the same boards.
