Rust and RCI skid plates

So I just installed the front and transmission skid plate (kind of) the two holes that connect the front and transmission skid plates together seem to be cross threaded and I tightened it as much as I could. But the plates and bolts still have some slack so I will try to see how to fix this immediately. I guess a shop cross threaded them and left the skid plate off. All the other bolts I tightened to 30ft-lb. The back transmission mounting bolts went in smoothly with no issues A little surprising since the old bolts and support tubes are rusted.
