Rust Fix,

Well, my bumpers are getting very rusty,
was thinking of simply replacing them, because the front one has hole in it,
but since I cant find one, was wondering what anyone else has done to stop or slow down the rotting of the trucks.

I was thinking of cutting out the area and welding in a plate behind it than filling it with bondo and than paiting the whole thing chrome (I have a paint booth at worK)
I know it would be nice to get a new bumper, but wouldnt mind fixing it myself at a bargain

http://www.toyotafiberglass.com in BC .. they can get you replacements , or whatever . trying to repair rust usually is a loosing battle .
