Rust on Uniballs?

That's old news and has been mentioned before and here's some more info on them.....

TC since its cheaper. No difference IMO unless you love the bling of the icons.

About ~40K miles on my Camburg uni-balls. No rust (and I live in the mid-atlantic). I try to keep them pretty clean and coated with tri-flow teflon lube. I also don't yet sense any slop or meaningful wear, but I am going to confirm tomorrow when the truck is on a lift.

I've been running the same TC's since May 2008 - yes 5 years now. I've never rebuilt them or anything. I grease them maybe twice a year. and I've never had a squeak. I'm a big supporter of their product.

I bought some triflow just in case I need it. That is what Total Chaos recommends in the manual.

Hopefully I don't need to add any triflow for a while. So far so good.

Tri Flo works great. I usually spray it on, let it sit for a while and wipe the excess off. No squeeks, no rust.
