The 4runner i recently purchased has the usual "manitoba" road salt rust issues, passenger side quarter was replaced last year due to a fender bender, as was the driver side fender. The passenger fender, driver side quarter panel/rocker panel, and the rear hatch are all suffering from moderate to severe cancer. Will post pics soon, anyone know of some panels i can get for the dogleg section of the quarter panel?

does the rear bumper of my 94 come off in one piece? it looks as if it has 2 joints, making it a 3 piece bumper. need to remove the one side to gain access to further the rust repair. The bolts are pretty rusted and tried taking 2 out so far and snapped the heads off, dont wanna have to remove the entire bumper and snap all the bolts off and not be able to re-install quickly for me to get the truck safetied. Planning on building tube steel bumpers for it after safety is done so if i can just get this side off it would be wonderful

yeah its 3 pieces (with rubber spacers between i believe)...should be pretty easy to take on and off...im replacing all three on mine soooon

so spent the last couple days grinding, cutting, welding, grinding, cutting more, welding more, until finally i got all the cancer off the truck, then started piecing everything back together, Now before anyone starts bashing me on my "technique" for the repairs, i'm not going for a show truck, simply want to remove the rust, and repair the body in order for it to get safetied
