Rust?

Hello everyone, I recently hopped under my 2017 SR5P to install my ARB diff breather kit. I noticed two spots where rust has started to build up. Now I'm no mechanic but my vehicle only has 19,500 Miles on it. Should these parts already be rusting? Sorry its so dirtyI had just gotten off the trail.

Your pic is from underneath looking up at the end of the rear axle... correct? It looks to be part of the rear disk brake caliper bracket assembly. Rest assured... It's quite substantial in nature... it's not some thin piece of sheetmetal which would rust through in a couple of years. I think you're OK, but others might chime in with differing thoughts...

Yes that is correct. The picture is taken directly behind the rear tire looking up at the rear axle. Thanks for the input.
 
That area gets lot of heat from brake disk and burns the paint out immediately. If it bothers you just convert the rust to black primer (Magnesium Oxide I think), this works well (Home Depot):
