Sack Holders & Hand Holds

After removing the cargo shelf, I am left with square holes where normally there would be hook holders for those plastic store sacks. Does anyone know if the sack hooks that fit there can be ordered from Toyota?

Also, I noticed cover plates above the driver door that look like the proper spacing for the hand holds that are above the other three doors. I asked at the Toyota dealer if I could order this and they said it was not available. Has anyone found the hand hold for the driver door?
