I hadn't truly contributed to the forum, other than a few heated debates about the MPG puter on the 4runner being off by an average of 2-3MPG. And some stereo stuff I just happened to know about, but I sold the 4runner on sunday. I was really bummed that she had to go, but I made some money on her and put it down on the 06 Tacoma and all my aftermarket parts are going on the Tacoma this week!!

Sorry, I never did put the headers on her. I got them in and then the exhaust shop denied putting them on. But they ARE going on the Tacoma.

Thank you all for all your cumulative knowledge on the 4runner, I KNOW I consulted this forum for fixes, mods and all things 4runner!! Thank you guys and

Good luck with the Taco.. I wished the Tacoma is roomy enough like the 4runner id get one. I had the tundra and it was too big.. Maybe down the road it be a bit more spacious.
 
Good luck with the taco. I'm probably getting one when the new model comes out after November, but keeping the runner of course.. See you on the Taco forums down the road..

Fo sure 28! I put the AFE stage 2 & velocity stack, JET MAF sensor in, putting on the SEMA Rims and AT's on tomorrow, then putting the headers and magnaflow exhaust, maybe borla on friday.

well, I may be back like a vertebra!

I sold the Taco, after a killer build, and bought an FJ (Current Vehicle)

But the gas Mileage SUCKS!!! less than 13mpg town or highway. never above. So it makes the vehicle pretty useless in regards to trips and camping, the entire purpose of it!

So I am fighting with the dealership for a trade in to a 2016 4runner 4x4 limited


so trying to do some research on the new T4Rs and see if I am making a good decision or not.

Just come back to the 4th gen. It ain't broke, so don't fix it... you know? HA! Sorry about the FJ not living up to your expectations, I'm sure the 4runner will do a better job
