This is the only mod that i really dont like, as we all know theses 3rd gens had problems with rear sag. So i put coil spring spacers in the rear coils to try and get rid of it until i can replace them.

Yeah tell me about it! They have actually held up pretty well. Been flexed and stuff and havnt shifted to much.

I was just thinking about this last night and my 87 4runner I had as my first car was as old as these 3rd gens are when I got it. Kind of weird to think about now.

Damn Andrew, I didn't know you had those as spacers. I thought you had some actual spacers back there, not those death traps. Remind me not to follow you on any trails till you get your new lift. :rockthrow:

Nice build though and hurry up and graduate so we can lift it.

I could get it right now, at least the 4 new coils. was debating on saving until my next paycheck for the full OME kit with springs and all.

Yes.

I highly suggest you continue saving for the lift first. Deal with Bumpers later on down the road.

I'd ditch those spacers ASAP and just deal with the sag. Otherwise nice build.

I know it will fit 99+ but the mounting brackets are different for 96-98s.

Thank you, i know i hate them just as much as the rest of you. they did the trick but its super jenky. will get the lift late this mounth early next mounth when i graduate. money is kinda tight as it is!

Still on the hunt for new rims and tires, my parents said they would get wheels/tires for me as a graduation present. I'm looking for an aggressive all terrain/ less aggressive mud terrain. And some rims, was wanting 5 stars but I'm open to suggestions! Let me know what you all think! And if you see any for sale let me know!
