Satellite radio shark fin antenna remove after rack install?

I'm going to install an Eezi Awn k9 rack soon. I'm not sure if I want to mess with the shark fin antenna at this point. Is it a big hassle to try to remove or modify the antenna after installing a roof rack?

The Eezi Awn slats run perpendicular to the antenna so it'll be directly over it after install. Don't think there's enough room to pop it off afterwards. Also if you do the shark fin before install you can order it with shorter legs.

I already ordered and received my rack with the "standard" height. I'm kinda thinking about that camp table option now (at least making it a possibility later on), but not sure how to handle the antenna.
