Forewarning I traded a guy some spacers for the grill I don't make it or else I wouldn't be asking. Long story short a box flew out of a car on my way home awhile back and chipped it and now the whole paint job is just coming apart. I have no experience with painting but I need to fix it because it's starting to look like crap. Do I sand it down, apply an adhesive coat of some sort and then Spray it black? Any advice would be appreciated thanks.
