ScanGuage set up question

So I install my new scanguage today and everything is working well.
Unfortunately the transmition temp is not there. I know that this is the case with some of of the toyotas.The manual talks about x-guage programable system upgrade but I cant seem to find it online. have any of you done this with success and be willing to dumb it down for me a bit? Im not to good with computers. thanks

Look in the manual that came with it, it will tell you how to setup Xgauges.
